Bullied by her image conscious parents into having an abortion, fifteen year old Anne quickly spirals from regret into self-hatred. Seeking help in all the strangest places, she is told that the only way to come to terms with what she has done is to hunt down the lost soul of her child in the Land of Dreams and ask for forgiveness.
Guided by a chain-smoking priest, Anne traverses a sinister realm of dreams and nightmare, ruled by the tyrannical Naked One. If she is to ever fulfil her quest and rescue her child's soul, she will have to learn what justice, forgiveness and love really mean. If she fails, it is her own soul at stake.
